- I am new here in the New Fairfield area , I teach part time which I love working with the kids and I just got my real estate license here I have a real estate license in Florida as well, I moved up here while my children finish college , my son is a student athlete and plays college ball here and I did not want to miss out on being part of that for him. I have enjoyed the area where I am living and all the new friends that I have made ,
